Studio Rules & Policies

General Conduct

  • All clients and guests must treat staff, other clients, and studio property with respect.

  • Disorderly, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Guest Policy

  • A maximum of 10 people total are allowed in the studio per session or rental unless prior written approval is given.

  • The booking client is responsible for the behavior of all guests.

  • Excessive guests may result in session cancellation or additional fees.

Smoking & Substances

  • No smoking of any kind inside the studio, including cigarettes, cigars, Black & Milds, vapes, or marijuana.

  • No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.

  • Alcohol is permitted only if disclosed and approved in advance; intoxication that disrupts sessions is not allowed.

Equipment & Property

  • Do not touch, move, or adjust studio equipment unless instructed by staff.

  • Any damage caused by you or your guests will be billed to the booking client.

  • Food and drinks must be kept away from all equipment.

Session Time & Punctuality

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals do not extend your session.

  • Setup, breakdown, and file transfers are included in your booked time.

Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Sessions may only be rescheduled a maximum of three (3) times per booking.

  • No-shows forfeit deposits. Any remaining balance may be issued as studio credit only.

Cleanliness

  • Please clean up after yourself and your guests.

  • Leave the studio in the condition it was provided.

  • Excessive messes may result in cleaning fees.

Recording Files & Storage

  • Clients are responsible for bringing external drives or storage for session files.

  • The studio is not responsible for lost or deleted files after the session ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Safety & Liability

  • Enter and use the studio at your own risk.

  • The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Acknowledgment

  • By booking or attending a session, you agree to all studio rules and policies.
